We are building an honest dispatch company for the people who keep America moving. If that sounds like you, we would love to talk.
Loadboot exists to give carriers a dispatcher who actually has their back. We hire people who take that seriously — dispatchers, carrier-success reps, and builders who care about doing right by the driver on the other end of the phone.
Dispatch for assigned US carriers — hunt loads, negotiate rates, keep trucks loaded, manage trips and docs. Base salary + per-truck + performance bonus; salary starts the day a carrier is assigned to you. Manage 5–8 trucks to start, ramp to 10–15.
Needs ~1–2 yrs US-trucking dispatch, strong English, DAT/Truckstop, FMCSA/HOS. Strict screening + paid trial before hire.

No experience needed. Refer carriers, brokers and shippers to LoadBoot with your link and earn 1% of every delivered load your referred clients move — recurring, uncapped, plus multi-level overrides. Commission only, paid from our fee — your clients never pay extra.

The form below — a real person reads every message, usually within 48 hours. A LinkedIn or CV link beats a formal cover letter.
15–30 minutes about what you’ve actually done — lanes you’ve run, brokers you know, systems you’ve used. No trick questions.
Referral partners get their account + link the same week. Dispatchers go through verification and a paid working trial, then get assigned their first carrier — salary starts on assignment.
About the role. As a LoadBoot dispatcher you run day-to-day operations for the US carriers assigned to you — you find loads, negotiate rates, keep every truck loaded and manage the trip from booking to delivered POD. You are the carrier’s dedicated dispatcher: you work for the carrier, under the carrier’s own operating authority, and you are paid a salary by LoadBoot — not a commission on freight. This is a remote, full-time contractor role open worldwide, built for experienced US-trucking dispatchers.
Your pay has three parts, and it starts the day a carrier is assigned to you:
The exact figures for your tier (probation, dispatcher, senior) are shared in your written offer and scale with your book and results. Top performers with a full book earn the most. Salary is paid monthly; you are an independent contractor responsible for your own local taxes.
These responsibilities, requirements, compensation components and policies are a summary and are subject to change without notice; the binding terms are set out in the contractor agreement you sign before hire.
Every shift you keep a driver earning and a shipper informed. The feedback loop is measured in hours, not quarters.
Our Command Center automates the busywork — matching, documents, reminders — so your judgment goes where software cannot.
Dispatch runs on outcomes, not seat time. Reliable coverage matters; your zip code does not.
Load hunting, rate negotiation, trip babysitting, exception handling. Trucking experience wins; hustle and honesty are non-negotiable.
Onboarding carriers, verifying brokers, keeping accounts healthy and honest.
The platform behind it all — dispatch tooling, portals, automation and analytics.
