QuickBooks, ELD & API integrations — live today, not a roadmap

Native two-way QuickBooks Online sync is in production: delivered-freight invoices and expenses push into YOUR books and paid status flows back. ELD tracking connects with a pasted token, fuel cards import as CSVs, and the API and webhooks feed your TMS. Everything on this page is live — the roadmap section is honest about the rest.

✓ QuickBooks two-way sync — live✓ Samsara / Motive ELD✓ EFS / Comdata / WEX import
QuickBooks Online connected — invoices auto-push, expenses auto-push, paid-status pull-back, one-tap Sync now
The real sync — connected, 9 records pushed, paid status pulled back.
QuickBooks Online

Two-way sync your accountant will believe

Connect your own QuickBooks Online in two minutes from Finance → Accounting. From then on the books keep themselves:

Invoices push — every delivered load becomes a QuickBooks invoice; the customer and a Freight Services item are auto-created.
Expenses push — fuel, tolls and costs land as Purchases against the right dates.
Paid pulls back — receive the payment in QuickBooks and LoadBoot marks the invoice paid; the receivables ledger stays true.
No QuickBooks? No problem — export revenue, expenses and payments as clean CSVs for Wave, Xero or your accountant.
Accounting export — QuickBooks-compatible CSVs for invoices, expenses and payments with date range
The escape hatch — clean CSVs for any accountant, any software.
Trucks & fuel

ELD tracking and fuel cards, without a project

Samsara & Motive — paste a token — LoadBoot polls your trucks every 5 minutes and feeds the active trip automatically; tracking runs even with the app closed. (Fleet → ELD & telematics.)
Any device, one webhook — anything that can POST a position can feed the same trail that powers geofence proof.
Fuel-card CSV import — EFS, Comdata, WEX statements drop in; every purchase lands on the right trip, feeding P&L and cost per mile.
Google Maps / Waze handoff — drivers navigate with the apps they love while LoadBoot keeps recording proof in the background.
Fuel card CSV import — EFS, Comdata, WEX statements land as trip expenses
The real import — drop the statement, expenses land on trips.

An API that speaks TMS

🔑

API keys

The developer portal issues keys for programmatic access — create, list and revoke from the dashboard.

🔔

Webhooks

Load, trip, document and delivery events delivered to your approved endpoints — your TMS knows the moment a truck arrives.

FMCSA live

Authority and safety lookups power carrier verification — the same checks your compliance team runs, automated.

Fleet analytics & optimization

Per-truck utilization, $/mile, best lanes — and a fleet-wide optimized plan: each board load assigned to the truck it fits best, reload chained. See it.

The honest roadmap

Not live yet, and clearly labeled: fuel-card provider APIs (beyond statement import). Multi-fleet optimization shipped — it is in the Fleet tab today. When something new ships it is documented here first. Want it prioritized? Tell us.

Questions

Integrations FAQ

Is the QuickBooks sync really live?

Yes — native OAuth two-way sync with QuickBooks Online is in production. Connect from Finance → Accounting in the carrier portal: invoices and expenses push into YOUR QuickBooks, and payments received there flow back as paid status.

What if I use Wave, Xero or an accountant?

One click exports clean CSVs — revenue (gross/fee/net per invoice), every expense, and confirmed payments — ready for File → Import in QuickBooks, Wave, Xero or your accountant's workflow.

Do I need an ELD for tracking?

No — the driver's phone is the tracker. But if you already run Samsara or Motive, paste your API token and LoadBoot polls your trucks every 5 minutes, feeding the active trip even with the app closed. Any other device can POST positions to a secure webhook.

Which fuel cards work with the import?

EFS, Comdata and WEX statement CSVs import directly — each purchase lands as a fuel expense on the right trip by date, amount and location.

Can my TMS talk to LoadBoot?

Yes — the developer portal issues API keys and self-serve webhook endpoints — load, trip, document and delivery events POST to your URL automatically, with retries.

What is still on the roadmap?

Fuel-card provider APIs (beyond statement import) — multi-fleet optimization has shipped and lives in the Fleet tab. When something new ships it is documented here first — nothing on this page is vaporware.

Your books, your trucks, your TMS — already speaking LoadBoot.
