The Command Center — who runs LoadBoot’s operations, and how

Marketplaces fail in the back office, so we are public about ours. The Command Center is LoadBoot’s staff operations desk — where verifications are approved, claims are checked against GPS evidence, payment receipts are verified and exceptions get a human owner. Software prepares; a person approves anything that moves money or status.

✓ Maker and checker never the same account✓ No edit button on the GPS log✓ Every action audited
What the desk actually does
Verification queue — documents reviewed same-day; the Uploaded → In review → Approved tracker you see is a person working this desk.
🛰
Trip watch — blackout watchdogs, stale feeds and exceptions escalate to a named owner, not a ticket pool.
Claims on evidence — detention, TONU and layover reviewed against the server-side GPS log before they ever reach an invoice.
Receipt verification — platform-fee and payment receipts checked by a human before anything flips to PAID.
Rate standards — the published accessorial standards on this site are maintained here — one source of truth for every posting.
🤖
Automation with a leash — reminders, matching prep and document chasing run automatically; approvals stay human.
The operations desk behind every VERIFIED badge on this site.
Why we publish this

Trust needs a back office you can point at

For carriers

Your documents, claims and receipts are reviewed by accountable staff on deadlines — not lost in a queue. That is why verification lands the same day.

🏢

For brokers & shippers

Every carrier on your load passed this desk. Every claim you are asked to pay came with its evidence already checked.

For agents

Your referrals get through onboarding because a human works the queue — and your payouts clear through the same receipt-verified rail.

Questions

Command Center FAQ

Is the Command Center a product I can buy?

No — it is LoadBoot's own operations desk, included in how the marketplace runs. You never pay for it separately; you feel it as same-day verification, verified claims, and receipts that actually get checked.

Do humans or software make the decisions?

Both, deliberately: software prepares — matching, documents, reminders, evidence — and a person approves anything that moves money or status. The maker and the checker are never the same account.

Can staff edit GPS logs or timestamps?

No. Arrive/depart stamps are recorded server-side from GPS events. Nobody — carrier, broker, or LoadBoot staff — has an edit button on the event log.

What does the Command Center see?

Role-scoped operational data: verification queues, active trips and exceptions, claims with their GPS evidence, and payment receipts awaiting verification. Private commercial data stays scoped to its owners.
