A load board with zero ghost loads

Booked or expired loads vanish the second they die — what you see is bookable right now. Brokers push direct offers to matched trucks; you can book in one tap or propose your own rate.

Direct offers — brokers offer matched carriers first; a 15-minute window, first accept wins, everyone else auto-closes.
Propose-a-rate — counter any load; the broker accepts or declines in-app.
Multi-stop chips — extra pickups and drops shown per stop with stop-off pay on the rate card.
Load Score — every load graded on rate-per-mile vs weekly-refreshed market benchmarks. See Load Score.

Booking with paperwork that enforces itself

Booking is not a phone call — it is a gated workflow. The rate confirmation is issued the second you book, the dispatch sheet prints itself, and every stop lands on the trip map with times.

Instant, immutable rate confirmation — issued to Documents automatically on booking; acknowledge in-app and the PDF lives on the trip forever. Learn to read a rate con.
Booking approvals — brokers approve requests with the carrier’s safety record and document status in view.
Dispatch sheet — one-click printable sheet with stops, contacts, PU/DEL numbers and rate card.
Emergency rescheduling — breakdowns and delays follow a published policy, not an argument. Read the policy.

Live proof

GPS tracking that pays you, not just watches you

Every trip runs on live GPS with an 800-meter geofence at EVERY stop. Arrive and depart times are recorded as evidence — that is what turns detention from a fight into a payout.

Geofenced check-ins — arrive/depart stamped automatically at pickup, every extra stop and delivery.
Detention clock — starts from the recorded arrival; claims file themselves with GPS evidence attached.
Trip map + Google Maps handoff — navigate in Maps while LoadBoot keeps recording proof.
ELD or phone — use built-in phone GPS or connect Samsara / Motive directly. Full tracking guide.

Fair by design

Detention that is fair to BOTH sides — published, capped, converted

A detention engine that only ever bills more is just a different kind of dishonest. Ours has rules that protect the facility too — and every one of them is in the code, not in a sales promise.

10-minute exit grace, never billed — the drive from dock to gate is not detention. The clock stops when the wheels roll, not when the geofence clears.
6-hour cap per stop — detention cannot run away. Past that it is a different problem, and it gets treated like one.
Automatic layover conversion — held 24h past free time? The claim converts itself from detention to layover days at the published $250/day, with the reason written on the claim.
Late arrival voids it — free time assumes an on-time arrival, measured by GPS. Facilities are not billed for a carrier’s late start.
Both sides read the same clock — the arrive/depart stamps on the claim are the ones on the poster’s live tracker. Detention policy.

Payments with receipts, deadlines and zero guesswork

Delivery flips the invoice to DUE automatically. Brokers see PAY-BY deadlines, pay a whole trip with one receipt, and both sides confirm — a full audit trail instead of “check is in the mail”.

Auto-invoice on delivery — premium branded invoice PDF generated and emailed the moment POD is approved.
Receivables tracker — every dollar owed with due-since ageing, payment route and status.
One-receipt trip settlement — freight + accessorials settle together; receipts attach to the record.
Nudges built in — 🔔 request-payment reminders and confirm-received nags so money never sleeps. Payments guide.

Factoring built in

A real NOA engine — not a PDF in an email

If you factor, LoadBoot carries your Notice of Assignment everywhere money moves. Brokers see the factor’s remit-to on every pay panel with UCC §9-406 language; your own bank stays hidden.

Org-level activation — upload your factor’s NOA once; every new booking notifies the broker automatically.
Per-broker freedom — choose factoring or direct pay broker-by-broker; switch anytime.
Factoring packet — one click gives your factor everything: RC, POD, invoice, NOA.
Release flow — leave your factor cleanly; remit-to flips back to you everywhere at once. Factoring & NOA guide.

Accessorial pay

Every accessorial has a public policy — and files itself

Detention, layover, TONU, lumper and driver assist are not favors — they are rate-card items with GPS evidence and published rules. Claims are auto-drafted from trip data; the broker sees the evidence, not an argument.

Stay compliant

Compliance that runs itself

FMCSA verification is built into onboarding, documents live on the account with expiry tracking, and everything signable is e-signed — W-9 and dispatch agreement — and every rate confirmation is issued and acknowledged in-app.

FMCSA verify — MC/DOT checked at signup; authority status on your profile.
Document vault — COI, W-9, authority letters with expiry reminders before anything lapses.
E-signatures — dispatch agreement and W-9 signed in-app (E-SIGN Act), PDFs generated instantly.
Compliance gates — booking requires valid documents, so problems surface before the load, not after.

Security and reliability by design

Every carrier sees only their own data — enforced at the database layer, not the UI. Money data never touches the browser cache, and the app installs on any phone like a native app.

Self-scoping data — server resolves your org from your session; cross-account access is structurally impossible.
Encryption — TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest; secrets live server-side only.
Installable app — PWA with push notifications and weak-signal resilience; native apps in preparation. Get the app.
Audit trails — bookings, payments, claims and document events are all timestamped records.

LoadBoot Carrier Network

A verified carrier network you can post loads to — direct

Stop chasing a load board hoping the right truck calls back. The LoadBoot Carrier Network flips it: search a live directory of FMCSA-verified carriers by lane, equipment, DOT or MC number and home base, read each carrier’s authority, insurance, on-time record and health score, then post a load directly to the carriers you choose and let their offers come to you — first to accept wins. It is the reverse of a load board: trusted capacity, sourced in minutes.

Search real capacity

Filter verified carriers by lane, equipment (dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power-only, hazmat, box truck), team status and home base — find the truck that fits before you ever post.

Verified & monitored live

Every carrier passed FMCSA authority, insurance, W-9 and a signed agreement, and is watched live by our health engine — so double-brokering and freight fraud have nowhere to hide.

Trip-verified ratings

Only a broker or shipper who actually booked and delivered with a carrier can rate it — real reviews you can trust, not anonymous noise.

📤

Post direct, first-accept-wins

Send a load straight to the carriers you picked; the first to accept books it. No blast to the whole board, no double-booked trucks, no endless check calls.

Standards with due process

Scored fairly, warned early, and always able to appeal

Every marketplace has standards. Most run them as a black box that can end your business without a hearing. Ours is itemized, forgiving by design, and appealable.

Your first loads cannot hurt you — new carriers run in a Building grace period (under 5 delivered loads / 30 days): performance is observed, not deducted.
Itemized, never mysterious — the score is 100 minus named deductions across service, tracking, compliance, conduct and financial conduct — each with the reason and the exact fix.
Strikes heal themselves — warnings clear in 90 days, violations in 180, critical in 365, on a rolling 180-day window. Nothing follows you forever.
Real appeals — paused accounts file a reinstatement request or a written plan of action; staff must answer with a written reason, and approval restores booking immediately.
No phantom trucks — a trip cannot dispatch without a named driver and truck on it, enforced in the database on every path. That is what the load you posted is protected by.

Back office

Payroll, IFTA, cost-per-mile and maintenance — already inside

Most carriers pay for a TMS to do this and a dispatcher to do the rest. It is in the same portal as the load you just booked.

Payroll — log driver pay periods, mark paid, keep totals per period without a spreadsheet.
IFTA worksheet — state miles and gallons per quarter with totals and average MPG, ready for filing. IFTA guide.
Cost per mile that feeds the board — set MPG, fuel, driver pay, maintenance and fixed cost once, and every load card shows estimated profit, not just gross. Calculator.
Maintenance & service log — per-truck service history with due-soon warnings, next to license and medical expiry tracking. Fleet tools.
Fuel-card import — EFS, Comdata and WEX statements import straight onto the right trips.

Questions

Features FAQ

Is every feature on this page actually live?

Yes. This page documents only what exists in the product today. Anything still in development (native mobile apps, direct fuel-card APIs) is explicitly labelled as roadmap on the integrations page.

What does LoadBoot cost?

Carriers pay a flat 5% of gross on loads dispatched through LoadBoot. No signup fee, no monthly subscription, no contracts. See the pricing page for full details.

Do I need an ELD to use GPS tracking?

No. Phone GPS works out of the box with geofenced arrive/depart proof. If you run Samsara or Motive, connect them directly and vehicle locations flow onto trips automatically.

How does the QuickBooks integration work?

You connect your own QuickBooks Online company via OAuth. LoadBoot pushes delivered-freight invoices and expenses into your books and pulls paid status back. You can disconnect anytime.

Can brokers and shippers use LoadBoot too?

Yes. Brokers and shippers post loads in the Partner Portal, get FMCSA-verified carriers in a 15-minute offer race, and track every shipment live with documents and payables handled in the same system.

Pick your side of the load

Every account is free to create. Verification takes minutes, not days.
