How we protect your account, your documents and your data. Security is built into Loadboot, not bolted on.
Every action is permission-checked on the server. Your data is scoped to your account — carriers can only ever see their own loads, trips and documents.
Documents live in a private store and are only ever shared through short-lived, signed links — never a public URL.
Sensitive actions are recorded with a tamper-evident audit log and an event history for accountability.
Payouts require separate people to create and approve — no single person can release funds alone.
Staging and production are kept strictly separate; the public build never references internal systems.
Database changes are tracked and reversible, with documented rollback procedures.
Not by email, not by text, not on a call — ever. Loadboot staff cannot see your password and will never ask you to “confirm”, “reactivate”, “re-sync” or “verify” one.
Real Loadboot email ends in @loadboot.com — nothing else. Check the actual address, not the display name: anyone can put “LoadBoot” in front of a random Gmail address.
If a message wants you to sign in, close it and type loadboot.com in your browser yourself, then use the portal. That single habit defeats almost every phishing attempt.
Load offers, rate confirmations, documents, settlements and account notices. We never send “your mailbox is full”, “your password expires today” or “your account will be deleted in 24 hours” — those are always fake.
Banking or factoring changes are only ever made by you inside the portal. An email asking you to update where your money goes is fraud, no matter who it looks like it is from.

Our domain publishes SPF, DKIM and a DMARC policy, so mail providers can detect and refuse email that forges a loadboot.com address. That stops most spoofing before it ever reaches you — but it cannot stop a lookalike domain or a fake display name, which is why the five rules above matter.
