Loadboot Dispatch

Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of the Loadboot website and services.

Last updated: 2026. By using this website or our dispatch services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Loadboot provides truck dispatch services to carriers who hold their own operating authority. We represent the carrier, not the shipper, and we are not a freight broker.

Dispatch agreement

Dispatch services are provided under a separate written dispatch agreement signed by you and Loadboot, which governs fees, responsibilities, and termination. Our standard fee is a flat percentage of gross on loads we book, with no long-term contract.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining valid authority, insurance, and compliance, for operating safely and legally, and for approving every load before it is booked.

No guarantee

We work hard to find quality, well-paying freight, but we do not guarantee specific rates, load volume, or income. Market conditions vary.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loadboot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
